Many people think that using aura or psychic powers would be the coolest thing ever. Most people, though, are skeptical about aura and similar things, saying they don’t exist. But, for the people who argue that aura are real, there are ways to use aura to do what you want.
Find a position where you can feel yourself ‘center’.
By ‘centering’ yourself, it’s easier to access your aura. Try crossing your legs with your legs pressed against each other, interweaving your fingers in a pleading sort of way, and keep your eyes open. A lot of people want to close their eyes, but keeping them open allows you to focus on one point like a laser.
Breathing deeply causes your brain to focus on what your goal is and leads to better execution. You may feel a squeezing sensation near your solar plexus, and that’s what you’re aiming for.
Set a goal.
Setting goals is one of the two most important steps to the whole process.
Fall into a rhythm of breathing and blinking.
If you keep your eyes open too long, they’ll dry out and you’ll lose focus. Same thing with breathing. If you breathe too little or too much, you’ll lose focus or pass out. Or both.
Picture what you want to do.
If you’re trying to make someone change emotions, think “Make (name) feel (emotion).” over and over. If you’re trying to heal someone (a more advanced technique), think “Heal (name).” repeatedly.
Use aura in other ways.
As long as you have a goal and a means to accomplish it, you’re pretty much set.
Place your hands on top of each other, but leave space between them.
If your hands are touching, this exercise will not work. Your hands must not be flat. They have to be cupped or it won’t work.
Wait for your hands to feel numb or tingly.
This may take up to an hour. When you can’t feel your hands, that’s the signal to proceed.
Move your bottom hand so that the palm is facing the other, like you’re holding a ball.
You should feel a slight weight in your bottom hand, as if there is a physical ball there.
Throw the ball once you’re holding it.
This releases your negativity and makes you feel better. The negativity is gone.
Ask a person if they’ll allow you to work with them.
Consent is key.
Assume the aforementioned pose to psych yourself up.
If you’re in a situation where sitting is not convenient or allowed, stand with your legs pressed against each other.
Use the following commands:
Make (name) feel (emotion).
Swap emotions with (name).
Lower/Raise (name)’s IQ.
Alter the commands if you’re using aura on yourself:
Make me feel (emotion).
Raise/lower my IQ.
Make me feel hot/cold.
